For those that haven't yet experienced the excitement of a live auction, the idea of putting your hand into the air that first time appears intimidating. Not to worry - once you know the basics, you'll be ready to confidently join in on the fun too!

TUESDAY IS AUCTION DAY

Auction preview time: Tuesday from 11am to 7pm.

The auction begins at 7pm and is usually over by 10pm (come early or come late).

PREVIEW THE ITEMS UP FOR AUCTION

We post preview photos of many of the pieces in each auction here on our website (on the homepage). We encourage you to come see the items in person at our gallery. Click here for driving directions.

During preview, look at our items and ask our friendly staff what we estimate a piece will sell for. You will be amazed at our quality, and because of our high volume & quantity you will be very pleasantly surprised at the affordability. Our average furniture piece sells for approximately $80.

REGISTER & BID

Registration is free. We will give you a bid card to bid with. It is that simple.

There are three ways to bid. All are simple and straight-forward:

In person
Once you have your bid card, the real fun begins! The auctioneer speaks clearly and is easy to understand. The bidding starts at a low number. To bid, just raise your bid card.

By absentee (sealed) bid
What if you can't attend the auction in person? Place an absentee bid and we will bid for you up to a pre-set limit you set. We will call you after the auction with the results. Ask at our front desk or call 210-822-6155 to place an absentee bid.

By telephone
If you prefer to bid by phone, we will call you when your item(s) come up for sale and relay the bids to you so you can bid live.
PAY & PICK-UP

We accept all forms of payment: credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover), checks, cash, or any combination of those. Payment is due upon purchase. A 13% buyer's premium as well as any applicable taxes are added to the hammer price to make the final price.

You can pick up purchased items during or following the auction, or on the following day from 12 noon until 6pm. Our staff will expertly pack your purchases into your vehicle. If you can't move your items yourself, we can help arrange delivery, or you can use your own mover. Click here to see a list of recommended movers/shippers.
