WRITTEN DIRECTIONS:

Coming from the north (Austin, New Braunfels, Dallas)

Take I-35 south towards San Antonio. Exit onto Loop I-410 West (Exit #166). Continue for 3 miles, then exit at Broadway (Exit #22). Turn right onto Broadway, drive 1.3 miles, then turn left onto Boardwalk St. We are down the block on the right at 2415 Boardwalk.

Coming from the Hill Country on I-10 (Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Comfort, Boerne)

Take I-10 east towards San Antonio. Exit onto Loop I-410 East (Exit #564). Continue for 5 miles, then exit at Broadway (Exit #22). Turn left onto Broadway, drive 1.3 miles, then turn left onto Boardwalk St. We are down the block on the right at 2415 Boardwalk.

Coming from the Hill Country on 281 (Marble Falls, Johnson City, Blanco)

Take US-281 south towards San Antonio. Exit at Jones Maltsberger Rd. (near San Antonio Intl. Airport). Turn right onto Jones Maltsberger and drive for 1/2 mile. Then turn left onto NE Loop I-410. Continue for 1 mile, then exit at Broadway (Exit #22). Turn left onto Broadway, drive 1.3 miles, then turn left onto Boardwalk St. We are down the block on the right at 2415 Boardwalk.

Coming from the east (Houston)

Take I-10 west towards San Antonio. Exit onto Loop I-410 North (Exit #581). Continue on 410 for 10.5 miles, then exit at Broadway (Exit #22). Turn right onto Broadway, drive 1.3 miles, then turn left onto Boardwalk St. We are down the block on the right at 2415 Boardwalk.

Coming from the south (Corpus Christi, Rio Grande Valley, Laredo)

From Corpus Christi or the Valley, take I-37 north towards San Antonio. From Laredo, take I-35 north towards San Antonio. Laredo drivers exit onto I-37/281 North at exit #158 (near downtown San Antonio). Continue north on I-37/281 for 5 miles, exiting at Airport Blvd. Drive 1/2 mile to NE Loop I-410 and turn right. You will quickly reach Broadway (Exit #22) - exit there. Turn left onto Broadway, drive 1.3 miles, then turn left onto Boardwalk St. We are down the block on the right at 2415 Boardwalk.
